Detailed Itinerary
Pickup from Haridwar Railway Station / Bus Stand / Home and overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.
- Early morning drive to Jankichatti via Hanuman Chatti & Fool Chatti.
- Begin 6 km trek to Yamunotri.
- Take a holy dip in Garam Kund.
- Cook rice in hot water spring and take it home as “Prasad”.
- Offer pooja to Divya Shila and then proceed for darshan at Yamunotri Temple.
- Trek back to Jankichatti and return to Barkot.
- Drive to Uttarkashi or Gangnani.
- Visit Vishwanath Temple and nearby temples.
- Early morning drive to Gangotri.
- Perform pooja and darshan at Gangotri Temple.
- Visit Gangnani and return to Uttarkashi.
- Early morning departure for Guptkashi.
- On arrival, check in and rest for the day.
Option 1: By Trek
- Drive to Sonprayag, take local transport to Gaurikund.
- Begin 18 km trek to Kedarnath.
- After darshan, return same day to Gaurikund and Guptkashi.
(Or stay overnight at Kedarnath if preferred.)
Option 2: By Helicopter
- Transfer to helipad in the morning.
- After darshan, return to Guptkashi by evening.
(Or stay overnight at Kedarnath and return next day.)
Option 3: By Horse/Doli/Pony
- Same process as trek, but with assistance.
(Stay can be arranged at Kedarnath if desired.)
- Drive to Badrinath.
- Check-in at hotel and attend evening darshan at Badrinath Temple.
- Early morning bath in Tapt Kund and Darshan of Badrivishal.
- Visit Brahma Kapal for pind daan.
- Sightseeing: Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Bhim Pul, Saraswati River Mukh.
- Return to hotel and proceed to Rudraprayag or Srinagar.
- Drive back to Haridwar.
- En route, visit Devprayag and Rishikesh.
