- Pickup from Haridwar (station/home/hotel) & drive to Guptkashi or Sitapur
- Enroute ritual: Special pooja for safe journey
- Visit: Vishwanath Temple (Guptkashi)
- Overnight stay at Guptkashi/Sitapur
- Early drive to Sonprayag/Gaurikund
- Trek to Kedarnath Ji (on foot / pony / doli / helicopter – own cost)
- Darshan & evening Aarti at Kedarnath Temple
- Overnight stay at Kedarnath Ji (pre-booked)
Travel Options:
- Helicopter: Drop at helipad → Darshan → Return/stay → Pickup next day
- Pony/Doli: Drop at Sonprayag → Jeep to Gaurikund → Trek → Stay → Return next day
- Trek: Drop at Sonprayag → Jeep → Trek → Stay at Kedarnath → Return next day
- Morning darshan (if not done earlier)
- Trek back to Gaurikund → Drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur

- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
- Early check in / late checkout is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & Check out timing.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Especially for the Chardham sector Ac can work only in Haridwar & Dehradun’s plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
- All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
- Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki ) , the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
- All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary.
- It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment Policy:
- 25% in Advance Payment at the time of Booking.
- 50% in 60 days before journey date and remaining amount on or before starting the journey.
- 100% for Kedarnath Helicopter tickets charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
- 25% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of full tour cost - between 30 & 15 days prior to tour.
- 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
- 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
Child Policy:
- Less than 5 year is complimentary.
- 5 year to 11 year is 70% of adult cost.
- More than 11 year is treated as adult.
