Uttarakhand, the Land of Gods, is home to the sacred Chardham Yatra – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. This spiritual journey, best done between May and November, is believed to bring blessings and salvation. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of valleys, waterfalls, mountains and ancient temples.
Detailed Itinerary
- Pickup from Dehradun airport/railway station and overnight stay at hotel.
- Fly from Dehradun to Kharsali helipad (Yamunotri base)
- Transfer to Yamunotri temple by palki/pony (6 km trek)
- Darshan and return to Kharsali
- Fly to Harsil helipad (Gangotri base)
- Drive to Gangotri temple for darshan
- Return to Harsil for leisure time or village visit
- Fly to Guptkashi and take shuttle to Kedarnath helipad
- Walk to Kedarnath temple (approx. 500 meters)
- VIP darshan and return to Guptkashi by shuttle
- Fly to Badrinath helipad
- Visit Badrinath temple for darshan
- Optional visit to Mana village
- Optional early morning Abhishek Puja at Badrinath temple (extra cost)
- Fly back to Dehradun, drop at airport or railway station

- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
- Early check in / late checkout is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & Check out timing.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Especially for the Chardham sector Ac can work only in Haridwar & Dehradun’s plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
- All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
- Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki ) , the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
- All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary.
- It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment Policy:
- 25% in Advance Payment at the time of Booking.
- 50% in 60 days before journey date and remaining amount on or before starting the journey.
- 100% for Kedarnath Helicopter tickets charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
- 25% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of full tour cost - between 30 & 15 days prior to tour.
- 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
- 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
Child Policy:
- Less than 5 year is complimentary.
- 5 year to 11 year is 70% of adult cost.
- More than 11 year is treated as adult.
